Your warehouse, wired to your ad platforms

Extract loads ad, attribution, App Store and CRM data into your warehouse. Then it syncs the audiences and conversions you build there back out to Meta and Google, without an engineering ticket.

Powering data teams globally

Your numbers live in a dozen places and none of them agree.
The data is not missing. It is just nowhere you can use it.

Spend sits in the ad platforms. Attribution sits in your MMP. Revenue sits in the product database. So the cross-channel view gets rebuilt in a spreadsheet every month.

Scattered

Spread acrossa dozen tools

Spend in the ad platforms

Impressions, clicks and cost sit wherever each channel reports them, disconnected from what those campaigns actually produced.

Attribution in your MMP

Install and event data lives in a separate tool, capped by the retention limits it inherits from the ad networks.

Revenue in the product database

What a customer is actually worth sits in your own systems, not in any marketing tool.

Lifecycle in the CRM

Retention, churn risk and lifecycle stage sit in Salesforce, HubSpot or your ESP, disconnected from spend.

Manual

Rebuilt by handevery month

A spreadsheet, every month

The cross-channel view gets rebuilt by hand every month because nothing talks to anything else.

Two weeks and a favour

The question that matters, which channel produces customers worth keeping, takes two weeks and help from a data engineer.

A second tool to act on it

Building a lookalike from your highest LTV cohort, or sending Meta a better signal, means a second vendor and another ticket.

No engineer, no action

Without a data engineer in the loop, the insight stays in the spreadsheet instead of reaching the ad platforms.

No dataengineer required

Extract loads every channel into your warehouse on a schedule, then lets you push the audiences and conversions you build there straight back out. Self-service, no-code, and fully logged.

Marketing teams who move to Extract get:

  • Every channel loaded on a schedule
  • Self-service setup, no code required
  • No-code activation mapping
  • Built-in PII hashing
  • Reverse ETL to Meta and Google included
  • Unlimited sources and destinations

Why wait on a ticket?
Extract turns a reporting tool and a spreadsheet into a marketing data stack.

Every channel in.
Every audience out.
No ticket needed.

What customers say

We also evaluated Salesforce’s Datorama, but Extract kept it simpler and easier. We need the data to be pulled and customized, and I can do that without the need for a Data Engineer.

Questions people ask

Do I need a data warehouse to use Extract?

Yes. Extract loads into your warehouse, database or storage. If BigQuery, Snowflake or Redshift is already running, you are ready to connect a source.

Do I need engineering help to set this up?

No. Sources and destinations connect through a self-service UI, and activation mapping is no-code. Pipelines are typically live in hours, not days.

How is this different from what my MMP already shows me?

Your MMP shows its own slice of the data. The warehouse is where you join spend to revenue and retention, keep history past the ad network's retention caps, and build audiences the platforms cannot build for you.

Is it safe to push customer data to ad platforms?

PII is hashed by default on activation, every sync is logged, and access is controlled at a granular level, on top of SOC 2 compliance and end-to-end encryption.

What does it cost to start?

Nothing. The free plan includes 1M credits a month, 5 connections and 2 users, with no credit card required.

We already use another ELT tool. Why switch?

Same data movement, typically at a lower cost, with reverse ETL included instead of bought separately. Most incumbents bill monthly, so there is no lock-in penalty on the way out.
